A pumpkin is a vegetarian's hotel in the natural food in the bean paste fields where Hakuba, Shinshu, is quiet.
An additive-free seasoning and vegetables organic as much as possible are used (the time when the vegetables from a professional can be taken is 100%), and I prepare a handmade dish, and am waiting for you to come.
It is a hotel which feels easy also about a direction with a macrobiotic intention and a food allergy and at which you can stay.
